I've been trying to get them to answer questions from February, but they keep ignoring my e-mails. Then they charged me for another order that supposedly shipped - but UPS has no record of the shipment.nnUsed to be a good company - now are they engaged in fraud?nnIf they don't get back to me, I'm going to the Oregon AG's office.
Professionally run operation with amazing leadership, teams and culture. Dogs come to work and have their own play space if they feel frisky! How cool is that??
Been waiting 6 days for my dogs medication. Absolutely ridiculous ! This is my first and last time getting anything from vet source.
Fast service. Professional and friendly customer service from the pharmacists. My experience has been great thus far and I am happy to have Vetsource available for my dogs needs.
The customer service of this company is horrible. I ordered 2 items from vetsource. They charged my cc immediately. One item arrived a week later the other item never arrived. I checked the tracking everyday for the next week and the package was sent all over the Pacific NW. I had to call customer service 3 times to inquire about my order. Each time they told me a different story, (wrong address, on back order, etc) all of which were wrong and never did they apologize. Not once did they update the status of my order with an apology and an explanation for why it was not delivered. Finally, after 2 weeks, when I got ahold of a supervisor I was told that it would still be another 4 days and that technically they feel they are still in their window of time for delivery. WTH?nI don't recommend this company at all. Waste of time.
