DR. Yi is very good and knowledgeable. She listens to the concerns of the mom (and in this case, sister) and takes into account the information given. We saw her for a skin problem with my Fursis, and we worked together without any issues. She is email- friendly, and communication with a busy lifestyle is made less stressful with knowing she will respond quickly to a query. The facility I will say has sort of a rough parking lot, and it's so close to an intersection, you mustn't miss your turn into the clinic or you're going to have some challenges getting back to it, but other than that, it's a great place to take furkids.
