Hearthwood Veterinary Hospital

I have had some pretty terrible experiences with vets in the area and I am so incredibly happy we found Hearthwood. The entire staff is friendly and so helpful. The vet seemed to really care about my pet and I felt extremely comfortable and confident in his care. I could go on and on about how great this vet clinic is, highly recommend!!

The nurse for triage was good, the Vet was nice but played it safe on a second opinion. Overall, I just didn't get a sense of a business who truly wants to develop a trusting and honest relationship with it's clients. I have to drive further now, but think I've found another vet with seemingly more passion for the science and more importantly the customer/patient relationship instead of the $$$ they can make.

I just moved here and noticed this place is very close and has great reviews... they were able to see lulu as a patient within one week, so I have them a shot. So far everyone seems caring, friendly, and knowledgeable. The doctor has been very good about communicating with me about my old baby girl, letting me know different options for her various issues. Pricing seems very reasonable and I'm quite satisfied that she will always have excellent care there.

Setting the appt. via phone was quick and easy. They sent a confirmation email. One week before the appt. date, they sent a reminder email that unfortunately was 15 minutes earlier than their confirmation email. When I called to ask for explanation, they had none. Kept now earlier appt. time for my dog's annual exam. Everything from parking to checking in via mobile to talking with the vet about pet to paying over the phone was friendly and easy. Only bad part was my dog was scared to go into the clinic without me but he seemed just fine after..gave him extra loves of course!nI want to add that I asked my vet about homeopathic prevention for worms and she replied that she couldn't answer my questions but that she was planning to learn more about that side of pet health.nAlso, in their previous building I had issue with confusing pricing. This appt. had no pricing problems; everything was reasonably priced and clear.nIn all, a great first experience!

Great Place to take your babies to! Friendly, helpful staff (in person and on the phone). Affordable! Highly Recommend!
