Have been going here for 13 years because I appreciate the way the practice of veterinary medicine is performed. Example: On site lab if you want/need results quickly, o send out lab if time permits. Not sure about X-ray, luckily. If your pet is sick they will accommodate you as a walk-in, though you may have a longer wait. Compare that to the emergency vet where are you pay for emergency service. I haven’t compared prices recently but some other practices charge a lot more.
I brought my male rabbit in to be neutered. They did it for a reasonable price, we're very informative when they told me about his treatment plan. I definitely using them again with my female bunny ud83dudc30.
We really do love this clinic for our animals. Yes, it is HIGHLY recommended to have an appointment, otherwise your wait times can be quite long. However, they care deeply for their patients, I have always found their staff to be very friendly and helpful. They are doing a fantastic job handling the inherent issues that go with the dilemma of caring for animals during the pandemic. They were extremely quick and efficient getting our big old bulldogge in and out, in a way that was safe for everyone. Pricing is also excellent, would highly recommend. (But get an appointment, and don’t complain when you don’t have one and they’re busy!)
I would give them more stars if possible. The staff and the Drs are great. They are always friendly and professional and very helpful. I believe that they all genuinely care for my fur babies and love animals and it shows. I trust them completely with the care of my animals. And they're pretty nice to me too..ud83eudd17ud83dudc4cud83cudffc❤
Great vet. It gets very busy though. I will definitely recommend this vet, however if any sort of emergency happens, find a good backup vet because Orchards has a small practice and a lot of clients so it might be hard to get in to see the vet quickly.
