Not a bad vet however they need to figure out a better plan for scheduling during the pandemic. Had to visit 2 times to get a time slot and waited over two hours to be seen after arriving at our designated time. Others have also been waiting a while so its a bit upsetting knowing its not just a fluik. Also, while understanding the line may be busy, it took multiple calls to be answered. Some calls were answered with a usual “the line is busy”, however others would be picked up and then ended without any response from the other side.nAs much as I wish I could leave a 5 star review, the waiting experience was too much of a bummer to be ignored. Had I had kids, a job or something important on my schedule, this visit would have thrown everything off.
