VCA East Mill Plain Animal Hospital

Absolutely amazing staff. The follow up calls and level of care that all of the staff show makes me so relieved when my little one isn't feeling well. This is a veterinary office that will put in the work to make sure every animal is getting the best care. I am so incredibly grateful for the staff and all the work they do.

My dog was found playing with something. Went and looked and it was a squirrel (teenager age). He had made it through the night so I decided he was a fighter. VCA was the ONLY vet open and willing to take wildlife. He ended up most likely having a broken leg and the gal who came out to grab him said they would even do surgery if he needed it. I was devastated because overnight I had bonded with him (fed and hydrated every 3 hrs) but she helped make me feel so much better about it and his prognosis. Love that they took him in, said they'd handle him well and once he was fixed up, they would call the wildlife refuge. Love this vet.

1 star because You don't accept new patients because of Covid. I literally live about a 2 minute drive from this place. Scratch that more like a minute and 20 seconds from this place driving. And forcing Me to have to go see clinics that are 11-16 miles away from Me is absolutely ridiculous. I get the practices and safety caution here. But for people that live that close like I do. Should NEVER be pushed away, so until you update these rules. My rating will stay 1 star.

This place is so amazing we had to put our Boxer down and have been here before. The side door and private room are the best and they are so great there. Thanks you guys

Pretty unfortunate because I’ve heard so many good things about VCA but called to schedule kitten vaccinations and to get deworming schedule started and were told they weren’t taking new clients. Even though I’ve talked to people who have recently started taking their pets there.
