The staff is amazing! Such a wonderful experience! So caring and understanding. They were great with my pup! I will definitely recommend and continue to take my dog here.

I love the concept of VetIQ. They saved my mom a lot on her dogs ear infection.nnBe warned about going there for flea products though.nnI brought 2 cats in for revolution plus that would kill fleas and ear mites. They didn't tell me until AFTER my pets visits that they refuse to sell it in any less than a 6 month supply. I had to buy 2, 6 month packs for $240 due to the cats being in different dosing sizes.nnI tried to see if they could just give me a prescription for the ear mites and any other product for fleas that I could get a 1 month supply of. They refused repeatedly telling me this is cheaper in the long run. I get that, but I wasn't prepared to spend $240 on flea meds.nnI expected about $100 for 2 $25 exams. And 2 $25 doses of flea medicine. Nope $300 visit. They would not work with me on any other options. They tried to tell me revolution refuses to sell in less than a 6 pack, but you can log onto any pet pharmacy website and get 1 dose with a prescription.nnMost regular vets would give you choices and would be happy to give you a 1 month supply of flea/mite medicine, even though it costs more in the long run. Although I know a regular vets exam fee is higher. Frustrating visit.

My cat Mercy got sudddenly very ill and i called half a dozen places ALL of them said they wouldn't see her, because of CoVid 19, they were walk in only and full for the day. It was morning when i was calling! So worried, stressed, and frustrated my final call was to VetIQ. The gal on phone was so friendly and said we could come in , sadly Mercy died before we got there but the willingness to be helpful is the reason why next time i need a veterinarian they are who i will call first.

I’m always worried bringing my dog to vet clinics because he struggles with anxiety and aggression toward strangers. The staff at the clinic immediately listened to my concerns and spent time making him more comfortable before working on him. I brought my boy in for a bacterial skin infection. The vet took his time on the exam and explained everything thoroughly, the exam never felt rushed. The diagnosis and treatment was communicated to me so well and the price range is very affordable. I’d definitely bring my dog to this clinic again! Keep in mind this is not a full service vet clinic (clearly listed on their website) but they do a variety of health exams, vaccines and other services.
