Nothing out of the ordinary, typical shopping day and got what I needed:)
First time in over a year of visits the customer service was good. In the past you wait for at least 10 if not 20 minutes before anyone helps you. This time was great I hope they keep up the good customer service.
Store is clean and organized. Found everything i needed.
Petsmart always has fun new toys&treats for dogs and cats. I love shopping here for them. I also love the discounts you get when you buy bulk wet cat food. And you get points for every purchase that add up to extra savings. Great store, knowledgeable staff, and large selection.
I picked the van mall drive location because my daughter works there, ive only ever once not been satisfied with the selection or service. I went in there to get a tank and habitat stuff, found all i needed. There were sanitizing stations everywhere.just one of the better pet smart stores.
