Cool shop with more than just flowers. They were a great help and put together a nice bouquet last minute.
I ordered a premium floral arrangement for a funeral. The basket was delivered on time to the viewing, which is more than I can say for some companies. However, it was not as pictured and it was the most pitiful, smallest, arrangement received that day. An $80 basket should not be an embarrassment.
I received roses for Valentines day from my husband he was very disappointed at the arrangement looked really cheap and nothing like the picture arrangement he saw online. You could barely see the roses. I was very disappointed as well after learning what he spent for it. He is still apologizing for it.
I order a few baskets at once for different people. One basket got put at the house behind theirs (there are two houses on their lot). This business offered and took another one out right away, they fix the situation and did not act like it was a problem at all. I would order from them in a heartbeat. I personally also thought the prices were reasonable.
I ordered an arrangement from Joy's for the first time a few days ago, and my experience was amazing. The hydrangeas were beautiful and the staff was very helpful. They were able to fulfill my order in a few short hours (for a great price). I highly recommend Joy's, they take great care of their customers, and their flowers are of great quality! You will not be disappointed. Five stars
