This practice is wonderful. They take great care of my pet and they make sure to explain things as it relates to my bill and her needs. They do not push procedures or tests. Most importantly, my dog isn't terrified to walk in the doors. They pet and comfort her while they are giving shots and during exams. There is no price you can place on quality medical care from competent and compassionate caregivers. I want my pets to be treated the same way I am when I see my primary care doc. This is the place.
This was our first visit to the clinic. I must say I was impressed. Everyone was so well organized. They took their time explained what was going. They were up front with costs and expectations. They wowed me from my first call. So glad we chose to.go there.
The best vet in the area hands down. All of the staff are very personable and willing to make your experience great. The facility is always clean, updated and well-maintained. Love it!
They are the greatest. My golden had hip surgery and it went great and can't believe how well my dog has done. He needs surgery on his other hip and have no worry about having it done by the vet. Recommend Valley West 100%
The employees that came out to get my dog were very nice and good to the animal. My dog wasn't afraid of them Once you hurt my dog, she is very jumpy around you. She's not like that at Valley West.
