Placed an order with the shop. Got a call that they didn't carry the item that was listed on their website. I agreed to have them alter as they wish (different flowers and different basket (hopefully not carnation replacements) Received another call from the florist that they will not deliver without making contact with the recipient prior to delivery. That kind of ruins the surprise...Was trying to keep the business local. I'll order through Amazon next time and avoid this mess. The kicker was how rude and short the OWNER of the store was with me. Customer service and patience go a long way.
