Tried to contact them about my puppy Magni, said the earliest they could see him was 7 days from now. I asked kindly if I should wait the time frame and asked a few questions about his potential issues. I was hung up on. No answer after that.
This is an amazing veterinary practice! All of the doctors are very kind and knowledgeable. They truly care about your pet and want the best for him or her. I have also used the boarding and the kennel techs are so sweet. When I called to check on my baby they gave me a lot of details about how she was doing and they never got impatient when I called every day to check on her. Highly recommend this vet practice!`
They saved Cody's life with a quick referral to the emergency center, consult with a specialist and diagnosis. Dealing with a life threatening condition that will be managed with medication. They knew where to get help when it was beyond their scope and arranged fast interventions.
