I am so glad to have found Forest Crossing Animal Hospital. We had had a bad experience with another facility and had asked for help on social media platforms. We heard great things about FCAH and made an appointment. They got us in the next day and took the time to answer ALL of my questions and listen to my concerns. Dr. B catered to our CJ well and made it a pleasant experience for us. We have seen both Dr. B and Dr. Hay and both have gone above and beyond to make sure that our pets were well cared for. The office staff and techs are excellent and professional and show genuine love and concern for our pets also. Finding them in a time when you can't take your pets inside for their visits yourself due to a pandemic, it really helps to have such a caring and attentive staff to care for your pets. I brought my dog here today for an emergency because they were the closest vet to our house. Considering that I showed up without an appointment and very anxious and worried I am very happy that this is where we ended up. They took my dog back quickly and Dr. Hay was extremely thorough in trying to figure out exactly what was going on and I felt like my fur baby was in good hands. He spoke with me at length about his recommendations and I left feeling much more at ease and with a happier and calmer pup who is now doing well. I am thinking of using them as my permanent vet because they did such a great job and I really appreciated Dr. Hay's time even though we were not on his schedule for the day.

We've been coming to Forest Crossing for years, and cannot say enough nice things about their Doctors and staff. It's important to find a vet you can trust, and they have demonstrated to me that they care for my animals as if they're their own! The vet techs are always super friendly, and willing to answer my millions of questions. We've seen Dr. B, Dr. Hay and Dr. Stone and have always been impressed with their knowledge and willingness to work within our budget. As a bonus, they have a pet food delivery service that I utilize and have really enjoyed that conveince.

I took my dog for her first groom today, and ended up having to get an exam and a vaccine prior to. I have definitely found a new vet for my fur baby! The staff was so helpful with the entire registration process, the vet was extremely helpful with my questions and my dog looks absolutely beautiful, glowing from the inside out, after her spa day!

They have always treated me and my pets with the best care and responsiveness especially in emergency situations. Dr. B and his team always go above and beyond when one of my senior dogs are ill. I’ve been a client since 2014. I rescue older dogs that have special needs and tend to have more medical issues and FCAH is compassionate with not only the animals but the owners as well.
