Evergreen Staples Funeral Chapel

Evergreen Staples service is outstanding. I was lucky enough to learn about them from Scott's wife. Scott is one incredibly able, caring, and compassionate person. You simply can't ask for more. My brother was cremated but we asked to dress him in temple clothing. Scott not only had no problem with this, when we had problems getting his shirt on he came into the room and helped. His lovely assistant helped us get gloves large enough for all 3 of us. Scott helped prior to my brothers death and then made sure everything afterwards went smoothly. I'm sure there will be a very special place in heaven for Scott.

Scott and Irina were great people. They were very helpful and making my Family very comfortable. They were knowledgeable and flexible to my needs. I will highly recommend this place. They are not way too expensive compare to others. Thank Scott and Irina for everything, & God bless!

My family recently had my father cremated, as hard as the experience was, Irina was so kind and helpful during this process. They really respected my father and just made the process just a little easier. Thank you again Irina!

This funeral home is the worst choice to have any of your loved ones buried or cremated at. My father in law recently passed away and you would think the funeral home could tell the family the exact time of the memorial but no.IRENA the front desk lady told us the wrong time of it and we almost missed the whole memorial because of her and then she told us she had ordered the death certificate for us a wk prior and come to find out she hadnt even ordered it yet...GET IT TOGETHER IRENA WHAT YOU DID TO THIS FAMILY IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND COULD HAVE BEEN TRAGIC!

I do not recommend using this facility for your cremation or funeral needs. I have had several dealing with them and all have been a hair pulling experiences. This is the second family member this year we have had them handle, the first went semi-smooth, but the second, pricing went up with made up explanations by the funeral director as to why, when asked for a breakdown, the explanation given was poor at best. Several contradictions between procedures and pricing from our first dealing and this latest dealing. They were unwilling to answer basic questions or to provide documents to the next of kin (my self) only to be told they were provided to an unrelated party without verification or proof of relationship. The excuse was poor and unprofessional, they are not required to validate, first person to call gets the info, I was told they just have to trust they are not being lied to. Stay away from this dishonest organization, period. NOT worth the extra heartache......
