I decided to reach out, after reading all the positive comments, to ask about flowers for my upcoming elopement. She was very nice at first and asked me to send essentially a mood board of what I was looking for. Then she completely stopped responding. Completely unprofessional. I understand weddings are starting to be more frequent this time of the year however it’s been almost 2 weeks and I still haven’t heard back. Save your time and look elsewhere!

I have been to several events with floral arrangements from Stem, and the flowers have been beautiful every time! I have also used them personally for arrangements for friends, and my friends have been so happy with their flowers! Highly recommend!!!

Wow! This place is a lifesaver. I was unlucky enough to be screwed by FTD flowers who took my order AND money loooong in advance and then cancelled my order on Valentine's Day without any notice. I called Stem in a panic and spoke with Leah who was very sweet. She insisted on providing delivery rather than pickup to my life easier (I was quite stressed when I rang her). Will surely patronize Stem Floral Design again. Thank you so much for the help.

I have bought 4 to 5 dozen bouquets in my life for various reasons. I asked for/ordered a bouquet of pink roses two weeks in advance, as many as $25 would buy. The arrangement of roses with some smaller greenery, designed by Leah, was the BEST LOOKING I have ever purchased in my life. A 5 1/2 star bouquet!! All done on time, with a beautiful ribbon on the package. Just spectacular!

Hosting an event across the country from your office can make planning difficult and picky a florist extra risky. The owner Wendy put my fears to rest immediately. Within a day of reaching out, she sent me examples of what she'd done in the past, as well as photos of centerpieces she'd recommend for our West Coast Big Bash. Then I received a call to get the entire big picture of the event. Her team then followed up with quotes on what I liked, and even sent some alternative suggestions that could accommodated our budget even better. So great! The flowers arrived on time, fresh off the vine, and were a smashing success. It's always a good sign when your attendees try to run off with the flower arrangement and post about your flowers online. Wish Stem was on East Coast too!
