I contacted Fine Flowers in the evening for a funeral arrangement for the following afternoon. I knew it was super last minute but they took my order and did an amazing job! I ordered flowers for my best friend, her mother had passed away. I am always skeptical that what I order on line won't be as nice in person. But my friend sent me a picture when they were delivered-in about 12 hours-and I was very impressed. The bouquet was breathtaking with salmon Rose's, pink lilies and carnations and very competitively priced. Thank you the extra care at this sad time.
It was my first time ordering flowers. I never bought special order and this experience was HORRIBLE!!nThe lady was getting irritated by my questions and talked in a very disrespectful tone. I was ready to pay and asked if there was a way to see her work and she said she is “getting tiered of my questions”. There work might be good but there customer service is HORRIBLE!!
My friends sent me a bouquet for my birthday. They arrived on the day but the roses were already past their prime and should not have been put in the arrangement. My husband even commented that they were already curling back. By day 2, the lilies were on their last. I added water after they were delivered and water and feed them day 2. I’d give them a -1 star if possible.
