Excellent care, wonderful doctors and staff. The docs always go above and beyond when explaining what’s going on with our pets. They are never pushy with their services and I have always felt their compassion for our dogs. The staff is always friendly and professional. The vet assistants who take the animals past history and history of present illness are extremely thorough and attentive to details of the problem. We have worked with Dr. Mendoza and Dr. Johnson, who are both phenomenal. We have been to several Banfields in our area and this one certainly sticks out from all the rest. Their compassion is reflected throughout their staff and excellent service. I would highly recommend.
I took my cat in here for a skin infection and they gave me medication did not give me a cone did not tell me how much to spray on him and now my cat is dying they took every dime I had my cat was in good spirits and happy yesterday other than uncomfortable now he is lying here dying in front of my children with his mouth hanging open I called them told them whatever they gave me is killing him they don’t have time for him and I should take him to emergency which I have no money for and they caused this! I’m sick to my stomache that my children are sitting watching this and I am panicking he is sick please tell me what to do!! They don’t care they won’t with ur pets either
Good if you're just wanting to get a check-up or vaccines, but they somehow missed the fact that my cat had TAPEWORMS and not, in fact, giardia.....
Had a visit yesterday at 2pm appt, found out my puppy had Parvo, meds were given but at 5pm I was asked to picked her up and that she wouldn't have time to get an IV administration. They asked me to come back today, but my pup died over night. I suggest taking your pups to the ER animal hospital that is open longer so they have the time to treat your pet if you love them.
Everyone I have interacted with here really cares about taking care of my animal. I will be a customer forever. They saved my dogs life. ❤ufe0f
