Absolutely amazing care, they worked with us and made our puppy feel so safe and loved while he was having a ruff time! Their drive to help animals Is so amazing. If I ever have another pet emergency they will always be my first choice!

Monica does not return calls or emails. Then when she finally does will not allow you to cancel a shift because it’s too close to the shift. Sent a vet out when they were cancelled which was incredibly uncomfortable for the entire staff. We asked to discussed our concerns with someone else in the company and were disregarded. We had used RSVP exclusively for YEARS prior to this.
Horrible customer service and can barely fill dates. We have used them for years due to the lack of other options and the lack of communication is baffling. We have been burned by them on multiple occasions.
