Experience was AWESOME! Met with owner Ted Meador and his lead designer for a job interview and both men were courteous, professional and incredibly welcoming. An attitude at a business usually originates from the top and trickles down so I'm sure the rest of the staff handles their conduct in the same manner. Products are going to be more expensive then the big box chains but you're paying for excellent customer service and a high-end product that the big stores are incapable of producing. Oh, I just love this place. They have such a big variety, and I can get in trouble with finding some really great plants that I didn't know I needed. Highly recommend!
We wanted to redo our retaining walls around our pool . Ted Meador arranged it and the crew did a marvelous job. If you want a high quality job you can't find a better place and that includes the plants and garden products.
Lots of trees and bushes and knowledge, needs more smaller plants with color. Can be pricey, just depends. Hours are not friendly for working folks on weekdays, kinda hard to get to and parking is limited.
Worst customer service. Couldn't give me prices over the phone. I said I was going to open the account (as I do with other nurseries) but after listening to the condescending way the manager spoke I will not be conducting business with them. Thanks have a wonderful day!
