Cascade Park Animal Hospital

We just moved to Washington from Texas and were treated like family when we brought our Jack Russell in. The staff were very friendly and the Doctor thoroughly explained various options and was accommodating to us and our pet. I really appreciate this level of service since it is harder to find these days and most places just want to get you in and out. Here, they take their time and care. I believe we found our permanent Veterinarian at Cascade Park in Vancouver and this was hard since we had been with our other one for the fourteen years of our dog's life. Thank you again for all you do.

My dog saw Dr. Haddock today for the first time after years at another office where the quality of customer service was declining. The contrast was amazing! She was patient in listening to all of my concerns and answering my questions. She thoroughly explained the options for his care and didn't try to bully me into making decisions that weren't within our budget. The technicians and staff that we talked to were all pleasant, helpful and most importantly, sweet to my dog. Thank you for making us feel welcomed!

Our German Shepherd who recently passed away contracted Lou Gehrig's disease about a year. We took him to Cascade Park to receive hydrotherapy. The $75 fee they charge for a twenty minute session is expensive.nnHowever, the care Luke received from his primary tech, Denisse Borquez, made the fee more tolerable.nnDenisse provided Luke therapy for the past year. My wife and I are grateful to Denisse for the extraordinary care she gave to our boy. Luke had made progress when she was treating him.nnDennisse has many qualities. She showed a deep interest in the well-being of Luke and us. Denisse is competent, compassionate, service-oriented and a great problem solver.nnDenisse provided us with the care and expertise we needed to give Luke the quality of life he deserved.nnWe are grateful to Denisse and the other staff members that took such good care of Luke when he was alive.

Drs and nurses are wonderful. My dog named Dog man. He has a skin allergic problems all his body. We went to couple different vet. But nobody figured out his problems so we only keep changed his foods and clean ears. But this vet found my dog had seriously bad skin conditions. Thank you so much. All teams you guys are great.!

We LOVE this place. We have always received professional and loving care for our kitties. When we had to put our 15 year old cat down, everyone involved helped us get through such a difficult time. Dr. Haddock and her team went above and beyond to save Wilson for us when he swallowed a cat toy (silly boy). Each of our adopted cats: Wilson, Rizzo, Dash and Jack Jack were seen by Dr. Haddock and we would never consider any other Vet Hospital for our precious pet's needs. Everyone we've encountered at Cascade Park Animal Hospital is kind and caring and made us and our kitties feel like family. We highly recommend them!!
