I have taken my dogs here on and off for years. I made a scheduling error and booked at another location. Even though I was wrong Ashton went above and beyond to help me sort out the problem I created. She was professional and understanding and worked immediately to help me find a solution. I could only wish all the employees at my businesses treated our customers as well as Ashton treated me!!!

I can’t believe I was on hold 30.52 minutes (it says exactly how long on my phone) to make an appointment. Maybe you need more than one person answering the phone and working the front desk. I feel for this front desk person. I hung up and called a different vet. Very disappointing.
Banfield in PetSmart 192nd they made time to see my friend's kitten and then she was late and they still made time to see her baby now she has the right eye drops and right now about it and our baby will live thank you bamboo
