Great Vets and vet assistances, all staff helpful and friendly.
I really give him a zero! He Refused to even try with my sick and scared dog because she barked and growled. She’s never bitten anyone and is not normally aggressive. He didn’t try to talk to her or be friendly to calm her! I have never had a vet act so disrespectful or heartless and uncaring., and over the years I have seen quite a few vets. He told me to take her to someone else! Didn’t even offer to muzzle her or try ANYTHING! I understand not wanting to get bitten but there are things you can do to make sure that doesn’t happen and he wasn’t interested in even trying. Will never enter his establishment again!
