We are new to the area and took our newly adopted puppy to the clinic. They were all so sweet. Made me feel like they really cared about my concerns and our pup. Even called a few days later to make sure we didn't have any other concerns and that he was adjusting well. Would highly recommend!
They treated my dog as a new patient emergency when she lost a fight with a porcupine. She's usually a terrible patient but they took such good care of her, she didn't even act up. They were so kind and helpful. I'm definitely going back for all non-emergency care.
Excellent pet care. With covid still a factor, they come out to your vehicle to take your pet in for its visit. Communication has been fine aside from their busiest times when you are put on hold.
These folks are awesome!! I took my 90 lb. , almost 14 yr. old, grumpy Shar-Pei mix for a blood test ( needed heartworm prevention) and nail trim. His nails had not been clipped for many months and he totally becomes very aggressive when anyone touches he's feet. I had tried 3 other vets and none would treat him due to his aggressive behavior regarding his nails. But in about 25 min. here he was all taken care of ( without needing sedation) for just under $100. Absolutely amazing! We now have a new vet and will be a returning customer.
This Veterinary Clinic took my dogs in when my Vet in San Antonio kept delaying appointments and putting me on hold. They let me drop off my Great Dane while I went to work on the first visit!! They took amazing care of my two dogs and never would I question the care they provided. I took my second dog in a few days later I was so confidemt and grateful for their care given. Thank you all, I am blessed to call you my Veterinarian. ❤
