Alder Creek Veterinary Clinic

We had an appointment at 11:20 (that we scheduled 2 weeks in advance). You have to sit in the parking lot until they come to get you due to Covid. At 12:05 nobody had come out yet and I called to see what was going on. Our dog was crying in the kennel, and we had been waiting for 45 minutes without any word from them. I waited on hold for another 10 minutes before someone said that they didn’t know what was going on or when we would be able to be seen. It was a really disappointing experience. It would have been fine if they had just called (at any point) to explain that he wouldn’t be able to be seen this morning as scheduled. Instead, we have an hour of wasted time and a dog who can’t be seen.

I have been bringing my fur babies to Alder Creek for a number of years. They have always given my pets amazing care. One of my dogs needs numerous medications to keep him going. They always make sure he has what he needs even though one of the medications is in high demand. They are also very affordable and have upfront pricing. I wouldn't trust my animals care to anyone else.

I take all 4 of my dogs here and have worked with three of their vets who have all been amazing.

Brought our dog in for a lump on his leg and we were told to see if it gets any bigger. 6 months later, it hasn’t gotten bigger but I just had a bad feeling about it so we went to a dermatologist vet. Turns out my dog has cancer and Alder Creek Vet just told us to “keep an eye on it.” There are no expenses spared for our dogs so we would have done any testing they would have suggested, but no. Alder Creek has officially put my dogs life on the line.
