The flowers that arrived were not the flowers I ordered. I paid nearly $70 dollars for flowers I could have pulled out of the fridge at the local super market for $20. And judging from the demeanor of the lady that claimed to have created the 'arrangement', I would guess she knew that when she put it in the delivery van. I highly recommend choosing another florist.
I found A Precious Petal via Google Maps when I needed spur of the moment bouquet. Mary was such a delight and help! She provided just what I needed, and she was truly a happy spot in my morning! The arrangement was a bonus!
Mary is a delight! Me and my husband came last minute on a Saturday to buy 3 bouquets from her for my mothers in law birthday. She greeted us instantly with a smile and she gave off pure positivity! We even spoke for an hour while she prepared the flowers for us. What a wonderful woman! Reading other reviews has got us very confused as Mary has been such a fabulous and friendly lady to us... far from rude so we don't understand why other customers had bad experiences. Thank you again for the beautiful flowers Mary! You are wonderful.
I love all the flowers I've purchased from this flower shop. Mary always does more than expected . I've purchased flowers at other places , None have the quality and the friendly service as this one. Thankyou to you and your staff.
Stopped by to price flowers for my upcoming wedding in March. It was 2:30, they close at three on Saturday. She said she was to busy to help me....yelled as you can see we are very busy here with a funeral. I just needed to price a few flowers and ask about bouquets. She gave me a card & told me to stop by another day, why be open if you do not plan to provide service!! So while she was helping another customer, she lost a future customer due to rude customer service!! Horrible, do not recommend!! I am going elsewhere!!
