I drove out of my way to give my business to a local small business and was very disappointed. The hours are listed on the website so after checking I arrive and see the open sign on. The joke was on me I go to open the door and it is locked. I then see a note ( falling off door) they are out on delivery. Why would you list your business hours and have open sign when the place is closed???? It said you could call but really was wondering how to buy a plant and receive it thru the phone. Waste of time! Hours should be correct so customer can count on your service.

If I could select no stars, I would have. We had an absolutely horrible experience this past weekend. Unprofessional, vile & just disgusted by the way Sharon treated us in regards to delivering the flowers to the wrong address. I ordered the flowers on Friday for my mother-in-law's birthday. Having had an amazing experience a year ago, I wanted to use a small business within a few miles from the delivery site instead of Proflowers & such because I love to support local businesses and we are located in Charleston, SC. Unfortunately, I received the complete opposite of that service this time around. I had to call numerous times in order to reach someone on Sat due to the flowers not being delivered on Friday. That wasn't too big of a deal because I understand things can get hectic & they may have run out of time on Friday. However, I was contacted by someone via Facebook acknowledging that they had a random bouquet of flowers sitting on their porch when they arrived home. Frantically, I called Fraizers to have someone go pick them up & have them delivered to the correct address & city. After 4 call attempts, someone (Sharon) finally calls me back. She seemed VERY intoxicated, slurring her words and even had the audacity to get hostile with me because of a mistake THEY had made. I then received a call from Sharon's husband who was actually polite & informed me that Sharon would call on Sunday to make things right. No call was received on Sunday. From that moment on, I was no longer going to deal with an unprofessional & rude employee. If the owner would like to contact me to discuss further, she may, but I have already submitted a claim to receive the $60 back from my bank since it is now Monday & still...no flowers for my MIL. Please save yourself the stress & time and look for a more professional establishment. I will never use this florist again & will be sure to spread the word to others because I am just absolutely shocked that someone can run a successful business with employees of that nature.

Out of serveral times getting orders, only once was it 100% beautifully perfect!
