I highly recommend this florist! I was so very pleased with the customer service and the quality of the product I purchased. I live in Texas, and I recently ordered a floral arrangement for my grandmother's 80th birthday. I requested a photo of the arrangement, and the florist sent me two via text -- and then 2 more with my grandmother in them after she delivered the flowers! Am from out of state. My sisters and I put all funeral flowers in her home so we could take pictures of them and the cards. As we were looking around we noticed all the beautiful arrangements. HAD EXPRESSION UNLIMITED on them THANK YOU yall Do GREAT JOB.
This florist came highly recommended by a friend who had previously lived in the Westminster area. This florist was selected to prepare and deliver a substantial floral arrangement for the funeral of an extended family member. Later in the day after the funeral was over, my sister received a call from the florist stating that the phone order had been misplaced and that the arrangement was not delivered. The owner said there was nothing she could do other than apologize for her mistake. This mistake placed our family in a very embarrassing situation. This review is not intended to damage this florist; rather, it is to alert potential customers to follow up with the florist to make sure their orders are filled as requested.
