If only there were an option for zero stars! I think the pictures speak for themselves. Although, the picture of the flowers received do no justice as to how horrible this so called “arrangement” actually was. How did I pay a “professional” for this?? It was downright embarrassing to have this delivered to someone as a gift!nAfter talking to several more people that have done business with these people and received such awful work, the least I can do is help the next person not waste their money on such garbage!nnBEWARE! WHAT YOU RECEIVE FROM THESE PEOPLE WILL LOOK NOTHING LIKE WHAT YOU’RE PAYING FOR!

I ordered an arrangement for the funeral of my daughter's father-in-law. I was very pleased with the arrangement and the florist's customer service. Since I live out-of-state and couldn't attend in person, my daughter shared with me a picture of the spectacular arrangment.

The last two flowers I received were definitely not worth the money. My boyfriend ordered flowers for Mother's Day and they refused to work past noon on Saturday to deliver them. You would have thought being a special occasion they would have made every attempt to satisfy their customers. It is now Monday 6:30 and still no flowers and no answer when calling. Horrible customer service!
