The Harris Teeter at Westwood was a better experience for me than the one at St.Andrew’s shopping center. The Westwood store was neat and clean . The staff readily made themselves available to help if the saw you contemplating a decision. Cashier was very friendly and considerate in her bagging. A good reliable location for shopping.nnThe store was out of several items I wanted like potato salad, certain sausages and cheeses but the friendly staff made up got the loss.
Great product
I enjoy shopping here; however, yesterday I witnessed something disturbing. A middle aged couple pulled up to the checkout register wearing no face masks. That's bad enough, but the man walked behind the clerk so that he could bag his purchases. This puts the clerk in danger. Being a teenager, he said nothing. Management has to figure out a way to refuse to checkout those who refuse to mask up. They can order online and pick up their order. The clerks are vital to this business. Help them out.
Always clean and well stocked. Employees are always friendly, courteous, polite and helpful. Even though there were numerous people shopping, the store never felt crowded. Shoppers were also courteous and polite. Always a good shopping experience at this H.
Really nice and the people were friendly! I enjoyed this trip to the grocery store for a change. You'll be seeing me more often! Thanks Harris Teeter staff and management.
