Little Almond Blossoms

Awful customer service. My mother and I went to look for Native shoes for my daughters because they are listed as one of only two stockists in town.nnWe walked in, found the shoes in the back, were perusing them while the associate walked by us twice without saying a word. Finally asked if she could assist us with the shoes but I wasn’t sure about my daughters’ sizes. She obviously didn’t want to help and just walked to the back and brought out one size four (both my daughters were there and ended up being size 6 & 10, so this wasn’t even close.) She was grumpy about having to help get the correct sizes. My kids were actually really well behaved, while I, not the associate, helped them try on the shoes. Then as we finally were making our final decision the manager, I assume, came back shaking her head in disgust and said nothing to us and asked the associate if she wanted help cleaning up “the mess.”nnIf I hadn’t just toted my kids downtown and told them we were getting shoes I would have turned on my heels and walked right out of there. And as we checked out we said thank you and neither of them said you’re welcome, just continued to talk to themselves about how they had to pick up the shoes (maybe five pairs total that were all the wrong size because the girls wouldn’t measure their feet. - They have nearly forty different styles back there so I find it hard to believe one vendor didn’t send them a measuring tool.)nnWe will not be coming back. Here or to their sister store Under the Almond Trees.

Not a good experience.nI bought something at full price as well as a little tee to wear underneath.nnThe tee was on sale. Think it was $17.50 or less. The romper was $42. This was a shower gift.nWhen I got home the snap on the romper would not close...yes I know always check the snaps!!nI returned the romper. No same size in the romper. OK, I will return the whole thing and buy something else in the store. Did not want the $ back.nnNO WAY!! the romper I could return it was not not on sale. The little tee that coordinated it was mine to keep. It was on sale, no exceptions. I asked if I might speak to the manager.nnI AM the manager and that's all .....nnSo I returned the romper and found something somewhere else. Lots of cute shops on King you do not have to shop here.nnThe kicker is...the Manager called out loudly as we left the storennHAVE A NICE DAY Y'ALL!!nnouch...waited till I returned to Toronto to write this. I am a polite and quiet Canadian...'my sister in law who lives in Charleston told me thatnwas that saleslady was not really interested in my day at all.

Great Experience! This store is gorgeous and the staff was amazing! I'm a Guy and I found myself browsing and getting excited about items for the Children - now I see why women are addicted to shopping! LOL! I will definitely be back! Cheers!
