This location has EXCELLENT customer service. I used to work in retail and know what it's like to make sure the client is satisfied. So I ordered my gf something from here and they forgot to add the personalized card. They called me back that same day and apologized and refunded me for the missing card, but then also brought it to me the next day with free 6 chocolate covered strawberries for the inconvenience. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was extremely nice as well! They also get 5 stars because their product always taste great and presented perfectly.

They delivered a birthday edible arrangement at 6o’clock at night and I ordered it for days ago. That is very poor customer service I will not use them again.
This location is completely incompetent! I ordered a birthday arrangement to be delivered in mid February and they delivered it at the end of January! The only reason I’m giving them one star is because they did at least refund my money and I can’t give them zero stars. I do not understand how they could make such a HUGE mistake and try to patronize me by saying, “oh I’m sure the person who got it must’ve really enjoyed it.” What a$$holes!
I am very disappointed. The manager said I should be kinder for human error...there was no excuse for sending a strawberry with black rot on it...no there isn't a shortage of strawberries. The strawberries looked old. We are looking for a house there and I use Edible Arrangements alot...
