I was absolutely blown away with the attention of detail of my floral arrangement, that was given to my dear friend on the passing of her father! Her family absolutely love them. Sometimes when you place orders over the phone and you’re not there in person it’s hard to know if the trust and integrity is there in the company you’re using. I have been going here every year since we have moved to this town for all my flower event needs. I remember Martina's great reputation from decades ago when I lived in Augusta! Well, you still earn it! Thank you so much for coming through for me when I sent flowers to my mom on her 80th there in town today. She was out social butterflying but you took care of making sure everything was safe and nice and pretty for when she came home to see it put right in the right place! 5 star yes!.
Martina’s deserves a 5 star rating for their customer service... Their floral arrangements and staff are usually excellent and if you are dissatisfied with the arrangement, they are very supportive and great with providing help to fix any issues. Highly recommend.
