Ordered flowers For my aunt for her birthday, I ordered them off the website so I didn’t even get to see them in person. I got a text from her after the flowers have been delivered that they were at the most gorgeous flowers she had ever seen that the arrangement was so full. Thank you so much for the beautiful arrangement for her birthday
The flowers came in wilted and were not like the picture at all. We decided to give them a second chance and they never set the replacement bouquet. Getting a refund is such a hassle. The worst part is this was for a funeral so we ended up showing up without anything. Just go to a supermarket they have a better selection.
This is the second time that I have been embarrassed by this florist. The first time I ordered for my best friend's birthday. They missed the delivery and only said that they would deliver the next day. No apology. This time I ordered for a grand opening. There were other flowers there from other florist and mine was the worst. I spent $100 plus tax and it was an arrangement that I could have bought at Publix for $29. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice and I am done.
This is by far the worst experience in customer service I have ever been a part of. I had scheduled a pick up for an arrangement today, made weeks ago, only to show up two hours before they were scheduled to close to find a note on the door that they decided to close early to set up for their own Christmas party. Guess I'll never get this arrangement since you're also cloaed the next few days becaise of Chrostmas Eve and Christmas. No heads up or notice whatsoever. Will never order again from this trash place.
This is the first time I used Ladybugs. I called and women was nice that I spoke with. I wanted to modify an arrangement they had online for my wife for our anniversary. I had them delivered this morning .Its not normal in my experience to receive something I purchased and it looks better than picture. Happy customer. Thank you ladybugs flowers.
