Carmen Czachor, DVM, is a fabulous vet! We moved here a couple of years ago and left an incredible vet we'd had for 45 years. We've gone through 3 other vets on the Olympic Peninsula in that time because they either were not very knowledgeable, personable, or had no integrity. We are so grateful to have met Dr. Czachor of Family Veterinary. She is as wonderful as our out-of-state vet. Our pets are part of our family and should be treated with the same quality, professionalism and respect as a human member. The Family Vet team has been very responsive to our needs. We also found the pricing for services to be the best in the area - a delightful surprise!
We boarded our dog there over the summer. She had a great time, I think. But, the business practice of this vet is very shady.nMonths later we received a bill for “missed charges” with no explanation of call from the owner. Also, an added unpaid balance percentage was charged to the account.nWe went in to talk to the owner, and was told she probably wouldn’t call us about it, and that it is a normal practice of hers. Which proved true. With multiple attempts to settle the “missed charges” we received no contact from the owner, not even a phone call. Only bills in the mail.nnTerrible business practice. We will not be going back, and will be advising all the people that we know to avoid this place.
Don't know much about this place one of my clients uses them and likes then well. They have a doggy playtime area.
