They were great. Our kitty had a bad tooth and even though they were booked up they worked her into the schedule and took care of her. They were very kind and thoughtful. I would definitely recommend them.

We recently moved here and my wife and I came here for walk-ins recently at different times and the girl with the clear glasses was very rude! My wife originally came in to get our puppy Cora checked out but had to go since our son had a school emergency. My wife overheard her talking about inappropriate things and when I went at another date without having heard my wife's experience I mentioned that a girl with clear glasses was slow and rude, acting like my questions were a bother. That's when we realized it was the same girl and after asking a few of our friends who moved here told us that they've experienced similar things recently. After that, we decided to take our business to a nearby competitor and we haven't had any issues since!
They care about my pets. Dr. Schramm is very knowledgeable and gentle.
