Coastal Cremations

this was my fourth experience with arranging funerals in general, and my second with Coastal Cremations. I dealt with David Miller, and I can’t say enough about how sincere he was, we went through the whole process together, it was like he was caring for someone he knewud83dude22. I will never forget his kindness and entirely recommend Coastal to others.

In the beginning of the process to make arrangements for our dearly departed, Kindal was outstanding. He made the hard situation a little easier to go through. The prices were extremely reasonable and about 1/2 the price of other places around EXCEPT the memorial cards and bookmarks we feel were over priced; but chose to pay for the convenience.nnWe did have some issues, however, David, the owner, called me ery quickly and personally to discuss the problems we had. He treated me with such compassion and respect. He took the time to discuss things with me and never rushed me off the phone. The things that happened, he explained are not their policy and he was saddened and disappointed they occurred. They are things he planned to address and handle personally.nnLet me state, the issues that occurred had nothing to do with the handling of our loved one. That was all handled exceptionally well.nnAfter speaking with David, I felt very happy with the results, the plan of action in rectifying the situation, and the fact they he came to my home personally to take care of things.nnNo matter where you go or what you do, nothing can be perfect. I feel that if something positive happens from a mistake than it is worth it. David's opinion was those things should NEVER have happened and I love that he expects his clients to receive top-notch care. I'm very pleased and will definitely recommend Coastal Cremations to others.
