Pharmacy-JanienTried to use my insurance card. Discovered I had the card from last year. As a result, drugs for $578 out of pocket.nWent back the next day with the correct information, but forgot my receipt.nJanie was on the desk both days.nShe was able to run my new insurance information even though I didn't have the new card, yet. Fold up a new receipt, walks me over to the customer service counter, and got over $500 back on my credit card!nnThank you Janie!

Was looking for a particular wine and it took me a while being that they have a big selection. The manager working asked if I needed assistance I said sure. I told him what I was looking for and he looked as well. They didn't have the wine which was fine. So I decided to look for dinner items for the night. As I was walking to the meat section I ran into a friend gave a hug and noticed I was being followed. To make sure I went into every aisle. Sure enough that manager was following me and had other managers doing the same. Well I was blown away. My fiance came in shortly from another store and he noticed what was going on. Well I approached one of the younger managers and asked him what the problem was. He said I don't know o was told to follow you and watch you. How embarrassing this must be for them . If they were spending so much time on me I guarantee some kid or other person was probably ripping them off. What kind of store is this? I asked for help and was treated like a criminal. Shame on them. I didn't buy anything and will never buy anything from a Harris Teeter because of the behavior of their managers. Shame on you may the lord forgive your bad behavior.

This Harris Teeter location is convenient to me and I visit regularly. I am always stocking up on my deli meats and cheeses and feel it’s time I finally leave a review on the excellent quality of product and customer service. NICK ROMMERRET makes the best suggestions and always a makes for a friendly experience :)

Cashier name was Nyasia. African American young women dark complexioned with orange color hair. She wasn't that friendly at all! I spent a little over $60.00. This is the Harris Teeter in Wilmington, North Carolina located on South College Road. I normally don't shop to this one often. But, I did love the way the store looked and how items were so very neatly placed on the shelves. I was very impressed how the store looked!!!

This is my absolute favorite grocery store to shop at! The produce is always fresh and organized. Nick is a wonderful employee and so helpful, he helped me find everything I needed!! I definitely recommend shopping here if you haven’t before.
