I wanted to order flowers for a family member. I live out of state and found Talleys Florist website. I did the order online which was incredibly easy. After I had sent the order through I realized I had made a mistake. I called the shop and spoke with the florist. She was incredibly kind and understanding. She went above and beyond to meet my needs. AND the flowers she put together were beautiful!! I would definitely recommend this florist!
Best florist in Gaston county hands down. Great flowers and impeccable customer service. Will definitely use them again for all occasions.
Amy is an amazing person, designer, true artist and very personable!nI called her after store hours and I explained to her that I had reconnected with my truly first love of my life after 40 years ! I explained to her exactly what I wanted to put together as well as I could. She was so helpful in understanding my thoughts and what I was trying to do!nWell I just turned it over to her and what she created was better than what I could have even dreamed of . It was absolutely amazing! And not to mention the fact that she personally delivered the piece of art that she had created at the exact right minute. In an attempt to woe someone, I purchased beautiful spur of the moment arrangements every Monday for a month. The quality and service were awesome. The flowers were a huge hit. She loved them.
