My wife passed away recently and a friend/brother f mine recommended Holloway to me. Rev. Trice helped me through the process and opened up to me about his life experience. That eased my pain long enough to take care of the business at hand. My experience wasn't without small communication issues with staff, but I felt the compassion and there was always an open door. I was really impressed with the casket presentation and Rev. Trice even spoke at my wife's burial. He took care of everything and put my mind at ease. I was so impressed with Holloway that I am also using them for my burial as well. I would recommend then to anyone. They will take perfect care of your loved one. They did an amazing job with my wife and I thank them for it.

The family was very please with the overall service of Holloway Memorial Funeral Home. The preparation of the body , the wake, and the funeral was done in an professional way. It took me a while to post I was so out done my husband pass away three months ago of course he wanted to go here for what reason I don't know it would have not been my choice when u going through you want understanding compassion and everything done right when you getting ready to lay your loved one to rest you put their care in the hands of the memorial facility the young lady that answer the phone was very rude I've never been in a place where you have children in the office you're eating and answering the phone it's a place of business and when you're running the place you should know what your front end is doing but it didn't happen that way so for me it was a horrible experience I had to go there not once not twice not 3 so you can imagine what I went through and then we set up a meeting and the young man that I supposed to be meeting with didn't even show how unprofessional is that everybody blames everybody not one person two ownership of what was going on ordered my husband's casket and arrive on the Thursday and how about the funeral home turns that carry away and said we don't have time to check it in so again we were delayed and to them it was okay they did nothing wrong we at the family did and I say again if it hadn't been my choice it would have not been at this Funeral Home so so unprofessional someone needs to go in and take a look at this establishment and it was other people waiting to see the gentleman wish they had been there a couple hours before we got there how ironic again unprofessional professional that's all I can say

Our experience with this establishment has been terrible. Not only are they disrespectful there’s zero compassion. They’re unwilling to work with cash paying clients and will not hesitate to tell you it’s your fault for not making sure the family member was ensured. The staff members do not communicate with one another so it makes things difficult to get done. They’ll charge you based upon what they think you have by asking questions about your job, marital status, and what professions other family members are in. Can you imagine having someone say “ they said a doctor was in the family, why can’t the doctor come pay me?” Sitting in an office getting one quote for extremely minor services and them leaving the room to have discussions and retuning each time with higher prices? I’ve never been so insulted in my life. The best pain from dealing with the sudden loss of a loved beyond painful and dealing with these crooks has increased the hurt, pain, and frustration. Please FOR YOUR OWN SAKE choose another company to handle your loved one. Blessing And Condolences to you all.
