I think my 3yr old loves Harris teeter more than I do! This location I’ll always return to! I love how I’m treated great customer service will have me return each and every time

I called this morning to ask a question on how to purchase a money order. The guy was rude and told me he couldn’t answer my question over the phone. I told him that I was from Pennsylvania and needed to know what to bring. He cut me off as he sounded like he was busy. I UNDERSTAND that he may have been busy but there was no reason to have poor customer service. The store was recommended to me. But whomever I spoke to at 7:20am today 12/8/20, needs customer service skills!!!!

This store is disorganized, crowded and the staff is not helpful. I visit the area once a month and have encountered the most apathetic and rude staff from the mangers to the stockers. The cashiers work hard and get us through the always long lines as quick as possible.nnManagers need to take the lead and make this a good place to work and shop!!! I can’t wait to get home to Publix! I am treated very well there! HT NOT so much! It’s just convenient!

I ordered a Carmel Apple spice From inside the Starbucks at this location off Martin Luther king Next to the CVS & movie theatre.nnThe employee ( Will provide an update with her name later) Tall heavyset black American Female. She was busy having side conversations with the other employees and made the drink wrong. I was standing off to the side so I could watch her while she was preparing the drink.nnAs she was about to hand the drink to me I mentioned that she forgot to put the Carmel, the cinnamon and the whipp... After all it is called the Carmel Apple spice.nnApparently she must have been upset with the fact that I asked her to fix it correctly because after I pulled off I was about to drink it.. but I first opened up the lid and saw that the entire top Of the drink was overloaded with cinnamon 4X...nnWhile it is easy to accidentally put a little extra cinnamon or any spice for that matter, on a drink.... to put 4X the amount clearly shows malicious intent.nnVery serious choking could occur from unknowingly drinking nothing but powder.nnProceed with caution when ordering food And drinks from this location.
