Wonderful experience. I highly recommend. I needed to order last minute birthday flowers for my mother and stumbled across Nicole's florist. The owner is lovely to speak with and very patient. Not only was she able to do same day delivery, she also was kind enough to send me pictures before delivery since I live out of state. The arrangement was beautiful and reasonable priced. I ordered last minute flowers for my son's 30th birthday and Nicole's florist not only was willing to deliver them last minute but they went out of their way to make the most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen! Bertha is amazing! She is patient and kind and very talented. They are now my number one florist forever!!
Best florist in Durham - hands down. Prices, service, design, and quality are all excellent. Ms. Bertha provides unparalleled service and is extremely talented in floral design. I am very (unapologetically) picky about flowers and she has never disappointed, especially for the price point.

My first experience with Nicole's Florist was so comforting. Came in for a floral spray and just felt confident very quickly after meeting Mrs./Ms Bertha that she would provide me the best service this area had to offer. The spray was absolutely beautiful and full of flowers and not fillers. I have since come back to her two more times and had the same beautiful results. Beautiful, prompt, affordable, professional, caring service worth even more. She is exceptional at what she does. I WILL GO NO WHERE ELSE!
