I normally comes in here and get good service. But the sandwich shop seems to struggle some. This lady had an attitude she could not hide! I even complimented her and no personality! She made my experience very unpleasant. Harris teeter please don’t put people in an area where they should be friendly and they are not a people person. I will not come back here for another sandwich. Thanks no thanks!!

Friendly staff, very helpful. I went in early to get helium balloons and someone helped me from produce because it was outside of the hours for that area. That same employee then went and found a large bag to help protect the balloons at my request. When I was at checkout, the lady at the self-checkout line proactively helped me scan my items so I wouldn’t need to take them out of my cart. The Starbucks staff were very nice as well and answered some questions that I had about travel coffee.nnI believe Randall was the manager on duty - great job to him and his team for making my shopping experience great ud83dude0a

I have always shopped at the Hope Commons store since moving to NC, 17 years ago.nI have always received help, when I needed it. Great service! The produce is very good. I love receiving emails about the sales each week. I buy all my gas at the HT on NC-54.

Managers Crystal and Randolph have no regard for their customers! I actually had to come edit this rating from a 3 star to a 1 star after my experience yesterday (Saturday 12.5.2020). By far the longest I have ever had to wait in line. 30 mins in line! not acceptable. When management was notified, concern was discarded. No correction was made. Harris Teeter should be ashamed of this store!

My girlfriend and I visited this evening and we were blown away by the professionalism, knowledge and and general hospitality of a member in the seafood department (Mamoudo - I may be butchering his name). He was seriously one of the nicest people I've met and was extremely helpful in helping us pick out and plan our seafood dinner.nnWith COVID and everything going on today, a little kindness and helpfulness goes such a long way. After our visit, we could not stop talking about how he was such a bright spot on our day. We couldn't find a great way to leave a customer review with Harris Teeter other than to call their 1-800 number. Anyway, great job hiring and keep up the stellar customer service.
