I picked something out online and decided to give them a call.. the one I wanted, they didn’t have the flowers for it. But came through and made a beautiful Bouquet of flowers. Definitely recommend. And will be using again. Thanks for great service and beautiful flowers.

Last year for Mother’ Day I ordered $120 mixed arrangement. This florist crammed a whole bunch of premium flowers -lilies, roses, and a couple hydrangea in an expensive vase that wasn’t even big enough for $120 worth of flowers. I decided to give them a chance to redeem themselves however they didn’t “have the time to bring another one until the following week” but they sure had time to take the arrangement back to “resell it” to someone else.nnNow, for Easter, I ordered a specific arrangement and what was delivered looked nothing like the photo online. It was all mainly one flower, stock, with a few roses and then they put a few snapdragons in which didn’t even go with the style or same color scheme of the arrangement.nnThe manager gets on the phone and basically indirectly tells me that I am the problem. He proceeded to say “we remember you from last time and we really don’t get a lot of complaints”.nnFirst of all, the first time they screwed up I was not nasty with them once. I was very understanding and patient and allowed them to redeem themselves.nnI work in a flower shop so I have the ability to be understanding with this kind of thing. He was only offering to refund half of my order and just wanted me to go away basically.nnI find it very frustrating that they are so quick to want to rid of me or take the arrangement back to resell it while putting making it right second.nnWorking in a flower shop we take awesome care of our customers and if ever something goes wrong we will ALWAYS MAKE IT RIGHT. That’s why we have a very large and awesome customer base. Because customers come first.nnI will not be ordering from them again. Instead I will order from Four Seasons Florist in Statesville. Delivery will be $25 because of the distance but I know I will be satisfied with the product and the CARE they put into their work. Because they actually care.

I ordered flowers for a good friend form across the country and they exceeded my expectations. Due to the holidays and the current environment, they didn’t have what I ordered online so they called me right away to assist. They text me pictures of different arrangements and options which were available and they delivered it right away. The arrangement came out better than expected. Exceptional service!

I had them deliver to my sister, who was just diagnosed with cancer, and the arrangement they put together was stunning. It brightened her day and made her feel loved. That was my goal. Great service over the phone and fast delivery. Thank you David Florist!
