We love Northwest Rankin!! After having a very bad experience at another vet, it is so nice to have people that truly care and are so friendly to you and your pet!! They will help you with anything you need. Thank you!!

Everyone we spoke to was friendly and professional. They recognized that our cat was more than a pet but a member of our family. They kept us informed and answered all our questions. More importantly, they had they patience and understanding of repeating anything we did not fully understand when I believed I asked the same question. I never had any concerns during my cat's procedures due to the time they took with me and my cat, Val. I would definitely recommend them for anyone who thinks of their pet as a member of their family.

We have a senior sheltie that we adopted 2 years ago after her owner passed away. Dr Diffey and her staff have been so accommodating in her care....we take her in once a week for a medicated bath due to a skin condition and they CARRY her in the clinic and CARRY her back to my car when she is finished later in the day! They are the nicest people! I highly recommend NWR Animal Clinic. They truly go the extra mile.

I walked in with my new pup Ransom for some information and to Jake an appointment. I walked out about 15 min Later. Ransom had been dewormed and I have an upcoming visit for shots! I also received a large sample bag of puppy food.nVery friendly courteous service. I feel very confident taking our pups here.

We have used Northwest Rankin Animal Clinic for almost 23 years. We took our dog to another place one time for just a little less money. That’s all it took, one time. We quickly learned no one can come close to NWR Clinic! We’ll never leave. They’ve done miraculous thing for our pets over the years. We usually take one at a time. This time we took all 5 at once. They handled all of them with as much ease and patience as they do singularly. They are absolutely the BEST!!!
