The staff are awesome!!!!! We have had the best experiences in having our pets treated. When our elderly cat passed way they even sent a sympathy card. Very caring and compassionate.

Dr.Sally is amazing. My wife and I took our cat here after a terrible experience at a different vets office. He was old and had several health issues. Dr. Sally did her very best to give him the best care possible. She updated us twice a day every day he was there on his status. Unfortunately, he passed away but I know that he received the best care possible here. Everyone is very compassionate and make you feel like more than just dollar signs. I will be forever grateful for everything they have done for us.
We took our cat to Dr. Sally because of problems with a vet clinic in Saint Joseph. The change in pace was a breath of fresh air. You can tell she genuinely cares about the animals. My main complaint from the previous vet was the lack of communication. Dr. Sally went above and beyond her duty to communicate with us. She sent us pictures daily through text messages with updates on his progress. She also called us every night with updates in addition to the sweet texts. It was comforting to know she was acting in the best interest of our animal. I highly recommend her. The forty five minute drive is worth every second. The Marsh family thanks you.
