I usually love it here. They are very good with my pup. But the lady today was in a hurry and seemed out of it. Plus she was nervous about trimming my Pittbulls nails. Maybe the stereotype had her that way. I'll up the rating if my next visit goes better.
The doctor was very helpful he did a chiropractic adjustment on our boxer and she is doing better already 4 or 5 more adjustments and we're hoping she will be as good as new.
Dr Francis is a very professional Vet. My Dog liked him very much. She didn't cry when given an Injection. N at another vet she always cried. He knew what was wrong with her n drew blood work to see if any major problens. There was not. He is a Gentle Vet. I am very happy with the very thoural exam he did on my Dog. He grew blood too. The old vet did not n did not examine her like she needed to be. There old vet never checked her heart or lungs. Dr. Francis did all of that n checked her throat n her glands front n back. He is an EXCELLENT VET. N HIS RECEPTIONISTS ARE VERY KOWLEDGABLE N KIND.IF YOU ARE SEEKING AN EXCELLENT VET GO SEE DR FRANCIS. YOU WON'T BE SORRY. DEBRA BARCUS
Dr. Francis is a great vet, who practices in both big and small animal! He is also an animal chiropractor! My 30 year old TB mare felt like a filly again after he adjusted her back!!
They did a fine job on my dog. He's not the easiest to bath and trim nails, but after they were done they didn't say don't bring him back..lol we have had groomers do that. Will bring him back again.
