I am so disappointed. I bought my wife a premium arrangement $260, that was sub par at best. Missing bow, flowers died after 3 days, showed up wilting on day 1.Words cannot describe my disappointment, i will never use them again. Kashmir gardens for your flower needs. Better arrangements, lower cost, longer life.
Outstanding customer service. First time using this florist, I ordered flowers for my SIL's special birthday to be delivered on a Friday, unfortunately they were delivered two days early. I let them know I was disappointed they didn't arrive on her birthday.nnThey actually sent a fresh arrangement, different than the first one so it wasn't just a duplicate to arrive the day of her birthday! As a small business owner myself and struggling through these crazy times I just wanted to give a shout out to a kind, caring owner that wanted to make sure my SIL received her flowers on her birthday.nnThank you so very much. You will me my go to in the future for family flowers. Best of luck during these crazy times to you and your staff.
Spectacular! We had flowers delivered for an 80th birthday and a wedding, and both exceeded our expectations. They went out of their way to tailor the arrangements to our needs, and delivered them right on time. We will certainly use them again for all our floral needs.
Very disappointed. The first picture is what I ordered and the second is the best day of what my friend received. This is not a $75 bouquet. I could have called Safeway and done as well.
Jerred was awesome!! He quickly took my two orders, wrote out my personal messages and took payment to get my flower deliveries ready. He was personable and took the time to get to know me over the phone. I highly recommend them!!
