Last week I had to take my 9 lb min pin to the closet place I could find because she was throwing up blood. Thank goodness I found this place, I was from out of town and they took her in with no appointment. They took such GREAT care of her and kept in contact with me for the 2 days she had to stay in their care. I could not be happier with their service, staff and cost. THANK YOU for saving my baby girls life.

We were camping outside of Leavenworth on July 2. My dogs waded in some water, and as they were wading I saw a sign warning of toxic algae (for those who don't know this can be fatal to dogs). I rushed to cell service and called the clinic, and explained the situation. The person who answered my call said that they had no available appointments that afternoon. I was pretty surprised that they didn't offer to fit me in given that this can be fatal within a very short amount of time. She told me to call another clinic that was an hour away. They did not answer. I called my vet (who was 3 hours away) and they urged me to try again to get in with Bavarian, given the time sensitive nature of the situation. I asked my clinic if they could call on my behalf and they did. While they called I drove to the clinic. I pulled up and a woman came out (I assume a vet tech) and she said the doctor had just left for the day and that she could not help me (they were still open, this was not after their regular open hours). She did not seem sorry that she could not help and did not offer to contact the doctor. She was rather short with me and did not seem bothered by the fact that my dogs could die if not treated quickly. She told me to go to the Cashmere clinic. I asked if they were still open and she said yes. I googled it and they had already closed for the day. My husband and I ended up having to induce vomiting ourselves for both of our dogs and praying it would work (hydrogen peroxide does not always work which is why it is best to go to a vet for this type of treatment as they have other means available). I am shocked and appalled by the attitude of the person I interacted with. I hope that the rest of the staff at this clinic are more compassionate than the individual I interacted with. If you are visiting the area with your pets please make sure you have a back up plan in case of emergency as they may turn you away like they did to me.

We have 4 dogs and take all of them to Bavarian Village vet. We have always had a positive experience with Zach and Eric. Everyone on staff has always been friendly and helpful and really seem to care about our dogs.

The best vet in the valley! They truly care here, every single employee. My puppy was hurt and they were able to get her in within 30 minutes of me calling and guide me through what to do to handle the financial stress we were facing. They are kind, prompt and knowledgeable. It’s worth making the drive from Wenatchee or Cashmere for this amazing care. 10/10 recommend!
