Dr Renee is so awesome! Staff is so nice and friendly also!

My mother's dog needed his nails clipped. They set me up as a walk in. When an appointment opened up they called and offered it to me so I wouldn't have to wait. Dr Renee also spayed my cat, Violet, and provided excellent care and follow up for this paranoid kitty mom!

I would not recommend Dr. Poirrier for treatment of exotic pets. She scheduled a surgery for my pet fancy rat, who had an absess. Dr. Poirrier instructed no food or water before surgery to prevent vomiting. But she was unaware that rats can't vomit (she admitted to this). It's dangerous to withhold water from a rat because they're very prone to dehydration. We followed the veterinarian's instructions but then decided against the surgery. When I picked up my rat, someone had knocked down her water bottle so that she could not drink out of it. She died of dehydration that night.

They show the utmost respect for animals and take great care of them. The staff is kind and friendly to everyone.
