Anita was the only good thing to come out of our situation. My boyfriend's father died of Covid-19 at the start of the pandemic. It was all too sudden and too devastating to say the very least. Anita was a very kind soul that help us through the process and was always so sympathetic and gentle when we needed her.nThe worst to come out of this place was a call we got a couple of days after the cremation from Elaine Abell, who is on the board of directors of Fountain Memorial. She called to ask what happened to my father-in-laws estate. His money. All these inappropriate questions that shouldn't be of any concern to her. We paid for the cremation and the two taxes applied to Covid-19 cremation services and we thought we got the okay to finally process and grieve.nWe were mistaken.nElaine Abell then proceeded to tell my boyfriend that Covid-19 wasn't real, that the ICU in New Orleans were empty and the pandemic was all a hoax! What this woman has done completely ruined the grieving process for my boyfriend and myself, now a year later he is unable to cope with his fathers passing because this unprofessional, inconsiderate low life decided it was wise to stick her nose where it didn't belong!nDeath as we all know is a part of life. This is a fate we all share in common as human beings and when met with the right consideration and empathy, like Anita, we can all accept it when it comes. But what Elaine did ruined any sort of peace we could have ever had at accepting what happened and its been hard for us to move on properly. My boyfriend's father was a great man, my boyfriend is a great person and because of one person's lack of sympathy and ridiculous mind set of a virus that has killed many of our loved ones, it'll be a long, hard and painful road towards healing.nThis person should be fired and be removed from having any affiliation with this type of business or any profession for that matter. She is a horrible, thoughtless and selfish human being and she should be ashamed of her actions!nnThat all being said, Anita was beyond great and deserves a lot better position than this place has to offer. The funeral home was nicely kept and decorated, but to whom ever is the Director I would remove Elaine immediately.

I want to thank everyone at Fountain Memorial for the wonderful job they did setting up the Chapel for my son's celebration of life. I must sing my praises for Anita who helped me and my family through this devastating journey. I would highly recommend this funeral home to everyone. Thank you Fountain Memorial.

Post the correct opening times on your website guys. Do you know how obnoxious it is to come to the cemetery and not be able to get in because ya'll are too lazy to update your website.
